Execution
Below are the three images I chose to composite in photoshop for this exercise. I had an idea of bringing together a sort of comedic tabloid scene that uses three very different types of photography, wildlife, portraits and rural landscape.

Reflection
I have to say I struggled with this exercise purely because I find photoshop really difficult to follow particularly when working from a you tube tutorial. I find lightroom much more user friendly and perfectly suits my needs when it comes to editing. I have spent some time on photoshop previously but I feel I would benefit from proper tuition to learn the software properly. I came across a Phlearn tutorial for the process but quickly became frustrated but the lack of clarity needed for a beginner. I then looked for a more basic tutorial but to no real avail. I eventually did this very simply, probably the simplest and mistake laden way! I put the three images together with the move tool and place them where I wanted in the frame. I then put a layer mask on the two subjects and simply used the erase tool to remove the background. I am aware there is much better and easier way to do this but I need to spend more time on photoshop. I will try to set aside an hour a week purely to play with images and try to learn from the tutorials in photoshop and adobe. I am fairly happy with the idea which came quite freely and with a slice of humour. Its probably best not to zoom into this image to closely! Im not entirely sure I got the scale of the subjects correct but its not a million miles away.
